Registration fees are exclusive of 20% Austrian VAT. Taxes will be added at time of payment and will show on your receipt/invoice.

Requirements:
Members – To access membership discounts, you must be a member of one of the participating societies. The list will be available during registration.
Students – Proof of status is required at time of registration. Please provide an official letter on your Institution’s letterhead or a copy of your ID.

Registration Policies, Rates, and Cancellation
Terms and Conditions
Registration and attendance at, or participation in ICBM 2025 constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the organizer’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audio tapes.
Payment must be received by the end of each registration deadline in order to receive the rate. Registration rates will automatically change to the next registration rate if not received in full.
Registration cancellations received in writing at the ICBM 2025 Congress Secretariat’s address by June 30, 2025 (23:59 CET), will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a EUR 100.00 administrative fee, as per Committee policy. Cancellations received after June 30, 2025 (23:59 CET), will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is permitted by re-accessing the original delegate’s registration via the confirmation letter and replacing with the new delegate. No refunds will be made for non-attendance at the Congress.
In the unlikely event that the Congress is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.
